- WET AND WILD - the thrill of challenging the extremes - ghyll scrambling, sailing, abseiling and orienteering (off site)
- OFF ROAD THRILLS - challenge to the limit with a complete adrenalin surge - quad assault course, powerturn adrenalin rush and grass rally kart grand prix
- INSPIRATION - true team building enabling the understanding of weaknesses and strengths - lateral thinking exercises such as stepping stones, sheep pen, diversion, moonwalk and quad water movement
