Booking Conditions
Applicable throughout the festive period.

Prices theroughout are per person, based on sharing a double or twin room and are inclusive of VAT.

Where children are sharing with their parents an extra folding bed will be placed in the room.

A confirmed booking verbal or written constitutes a binding contract.

A £200 per person non refundable deposit is requested to secure all bookings. A proforma invoice will be forwarded and full payment is required by 1st December 2007. Should payment not be made by this date Armathwaite Hall reserves the right to release the booking for resale. All reservations made after 1st december 2007 must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation charges will be 100% within 28days of arrival. Cancellation Insurance details can be obtained from all insurance brokers and we strongly recommend this action in the unlikely event of you having to cancel.

Armathwaite Hall reserve the right to alter the sequence of events if it becomes necessary.
