POT OF TEA BLEND
with Milk or Lemon on request A traditional blend, with leaves from Kenya and India, full of Flavour and Strength.

PURE ASSAM
From Phulbari garden in Assam Valley in North East India Rich and Smooth with slightly malty flavour. Best taken with milk.

LAPSANG SOUCHONG
From the Fujian province of China. This black tea has a smoky character. It is considered most complementary with spicy or salty foods.

PURE DARJEELING
From Ging Tea garden in Darjeeling, in the foothills of the Himalayas. Light and crisp, with a dry ‘Muscatel’ flavour. Drink with or without milk. A touch of sugar brings out the full flavour.

EARL GREY ‘SNOWFLOWER’
A blend of green and & white tea from China, scented with rose petals and oil of Bergamot.

MINT MARRAKECH
A blend of Gunpowder green tea from China with Spearmint leaves.
Can be sweetened with sugar

Milk is very much a matter of choice with black teas, but not advisable with green teas. Lemon is available on request (although most tea houses would say it covers the taste of the tea)
