Join us for a relaxing full-day session learning how to make handmade needle felted baubles using 100% wool fibres.

The session will be led by local artist and felt-maker Jane Bardgett, who will guide you through each step.

Once you form your bauble shape, you’ll needle-felt wool fibres or yarns onto the bauble surface to create your own Christmas motifs – stitch your hanging cord in place for the finishing touch.

They make the perfect handmade Christmas tree decoration or a loving Christmas gift for friends or family. By the end of your session, you will not only have learnt a new skill but you will also have the confidence to make more at home if you wish!

In this session you will have enough materials to make three to four baubles, depending on size and the speed you work at. There is an opportunity to purchases more tools and materials if you would like to make more at home.

The day includes lunch with tea and coffee.
