At Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa, our priority remains the safety of our guests and employees. We follow all instructions and regulations of the local authorities and current government guidelines and regulations. In line with recent changes to government guidance, our safety measures have been updated as of July 19th 2021, as outlined below:
Although face coverings are no longer mandatory from July 19th 2021, in line with recent government guidance. We are still encouraging our guests and employees to continue wearing face coverings in all of our public areas until further notice.
Hand sanitiser stations are provided in throughout the hotel for guests and employees.
All employee and guest toilets will continue to be stocked with anti-bacterial hand soap, and stringent handwashing guidelines will remain in place for all employees to supplement our current personal hygiene policy.
Protective screens will remain in place at the Hotel and Spa receptions, as well as the public bar areas. Table service will also continue.
Our already high cleaning standards will continue to be enhanced by a cleaning programme designed to clean and sanitise the high touch points within the hotel and spa.
All employees have received specific COVID-19 training and PPE will continue to be provided to employees where the risk assessment has deemed it necessary, in line with government requirements.
Our tills accept contactless card payments up to a value of £45 and Apple Pay/Google Pay mobile payments with no limit in our hotel and spa areas.
