Yoga Retreat

Join Claudia Brown at Armathwaite Hall on Sunday 29th January 2017 for her first yoga retreat in Cumbria!

Claudia Brown is a yoga teacher based in the West Midlands, but is a proud Cumbrian.

Claudia’s expertise include training with leading American yoga teachers Tara Stiles and David Swenson, working with West Bromwich Albion Football Club first team, having a monthly column in the top national yoga magazine ‘Om Yoga’ and blogging for luxury yoga clothing company Asquith.

As well as teaching classes in Stafford, Claudia teaches for corporate clients such as Staffordshire County Council, Staffordshire Police, Staffordshire Women’s Aid and iProspect, and teaches privately both in Stafford and Cockermouth.

An interesting fact about Claudia – her first job was as a receptionist at Armathwaite Hall in 1994!

Claudia’s qualifications:

• 200hr RYT qualification with Sun Power Yoga
• 100hr Yoga Alliance Yoga for Athletes
• Sport accreditation with leading Sport Yoga teacher Sarah Ramsden
• 60hr Total Yoga Nidra qualification with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli
