Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa Announces Partnership With VOYA
The Lake District’s award-winning Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa is extending its wellbeing spa services from April 2022 by partnering with Irish seaweed skin and body care brand VOYA, the leading global lifestyle brand in sustainable and organic luxury. As a wellness sanctuary that already draws inspiration from earth’s natural healing properties and mineral waters, the brand-new VOYA treatments will fit seamlessly into Armathwaite Hall’s spa ethos.
Being introduced in addition to the existing Temple Spa treatments available, the new offerings from VOYA will add both facials, body wraps and massages that harness the natural benefits of seaweed onto Armathwaite Hall’s expanded treatment menu. As an ingredient that naturally absorbs nourishment from the sea, the seaweed plant is made up of 800 essential minerals, vitamins and other bioactive compounds – it also contains fibre, calcium, magnesium and iron.
Suited to all genders, spa guests will be able to enjoy seven new wellness experiences with something on offer for everyone. For example, the Organic Anti-Ageing Facial (£90 for 55 minutes) is suitable for all skin types but particularly those in search of anti-ageing results. As a restorative facial using VOYA’s finest organic ingredients, the seaweed facial helps to stimulate collagen production and reduces the appearance of fine line, resulting in firmer skin with a more radiant glow.
Meanwhile, the body experiences will include, amongst others, a Organic Lavender and Seaweed Sugar Glow (£90 for 55 minutes) which will stimulate circulation and gently remove dead skin cells with a sugar scrub, as well as a signature Organic Walker’s Recovery (£90 for 55 minutes). Perfect for those who’ve spent the day exploring the surrounding Lake District, this back and leg massage features a therapeutic seaweed wrap to target areas of discomfort.
