This unique offering provides a powerful means to alleviate emotional tension, reduce anxiety, and nurture a profound sense of emotional relief and well-being.

Self-guided Scream Therapy experience instructions
A 55-minute face or body treatment

Why Do It?

Stress, anxiety and tension can take its toll physically and mentally on a person and using Scream Therapy has been proven to be the perfect cathartic release. As a purgative outlet releasing pent-up emotions through resounding screams, Scream Therapy often takes place in a therapeutic (often outdoors) environment to bring a sense of calm and safety.  A soothing space is needed, especially as you’re guaranteed a boost of dopamine and endorphins, and a reduction in cortisol, the stress hormone. This experience can help bring emotional relief and wellbeing, as you feel tensions and feelings of anxiousness drift away.
