Had a lovely spa day, the staff on arrival were lovely. We then enjoyed our time in the spa. The lunch was lovely and staff most helpful and well mannered. From booking this special day for myself and friends on the telephone with Hannah, to the wonderful service and welcome at the Brasserie and care and attention during spa treatments this has been a day to remember.
